Navigate to the groups page of the app by tapping on the Groups Icon at the bottom of the app. Create your group. After your group is created, tap on create event, and you will be able to set the event date, time, location, & details.

If you aren't seeing any events in the Events page of the app, there are multiple reasons for why this is happening: Make sure your location is correct, you can change your location in the homepage/events page of the app. The button to do this is in the upper right corner of your screen. You can either choose your current location or type in the search bar any location you want. You may have certain event filters selected which may be prohibiting you from seeing other events. For example: if you have the food category selected, you will only see events related to food & restaurants. Tap on the category to unselect it, then you will be able to see every type of event listed in your area. Events may not be showing up because no one has created a group or set an event in your area yet, so be the first to start a community in your city or town! :)

The homepage IS the events page! They are the same thing, we wanted the app to be mainly focused on helping people find new events in their area, so we made the events page the go-to space where users can find all of the exciting, upcoming meetups in their area.
